The Hwange LTSER is steered by its direction and steering committee.
The direction and the steering committee identify the scientific orientations and priorities of the LTSER, ensures the good functioning of the research station in Hwange, the collection of long-term data, the safe data management, their analysis and their scientific valorisation. This steering is enhanced by guidance provided by the Scientific Committee of the French LTSER network and the Scientific Committee of the RP-PCP.
The LTSER network is a CNRS research facility that is part of the:
European LTER network
and international LTER network.
The network provides partial support to the infrastructures of the Hwange LTSER through INEE grants and AllEnvi (National Alliance for Environmental Research) under the SOERE label (Long-term Observation and Experimentation Systems For Environmental Research) of the LTSER network.
